  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic (1 large clove)
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon into six equal portions and place skin-side down in a baking dish.
