  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese (5.2 oz)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Zest and juice of ½ lemon
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, cherry tomatoes, or asparagus

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and lemon zest.
  3. Break the Boursin cheese into chunks and distribute it evenly over the salmon fillets.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily. For a crispy top, broil for an additional 1–2 minutes.
  5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the baked salmon and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
