  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool before setting aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef thoroughly, seasoning with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat and let cool.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, cooked beef, chopped pickles, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. For the dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, pickle juice, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl until smooth.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and gently toss until evenly coated.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
