Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare the pie crust in a 9-inch dish and refrigerate.
- In a mixing bowl, toss sliced apples with lemon juice, flour, brown sugar, spices, salt, and vanilla until coated.
- In another bowl, mix oat topping ingredients except for butter; add cubed butter and mix until crumbly.
- Pour the apple mixture into the prepared crust and top with oat mixture. Bake for 45-55 minutes until golden brown.
