  • 12 oz skinless and boneless chicken breast (cut into cubes)
  • 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 dashes ground black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Additional olive oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Soak bamboo skewers in cold water for one hour.
