- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake papers.
- Mix milk, vanilla extract, and sour cream in a small bowl.
