- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned; drain excess fat and stir in Italian seasoning.
- If using traditional noodles, boil them according to package instructions until al dente. Skip this step if using no-boil noodles.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, and grated Parmesan; season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble in small ramekins: layer marinara sauce, noodles (or broken pieces), cheesy mixture, and cooked meat. Repeat layers.
- Place ramekins in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving; drizzle with extra marinara sauce and garnish with fresh basil.
