Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 1 package cheese-filled ravioli
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add the diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the marinara sauce and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Cook the cheese-filled ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the beef mixture, then half of the ravioli, followed by half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Repeat layering with remaining ingredients, finishing with cheese on top. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
