Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by mixing garlic, balsamic vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl. Rub over the beef tenderloin and marinate overnight if possible.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Heat olive oil in a heavy sauté pan over medium-high heat. Brown the beef on all sides for about 4 minutes.
- Transfer the pan to the preheated oven and roast until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (approximately 20-30 minutes).
