  • 4 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon fine salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together sunflower oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Rinse vegetables under cold water and pat dry.
  3. Shred cabbage using a mandolin slicer or knife and place in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Halve cucumbers lengthwise and thinly slice each half.
