  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon pineapple juice
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, pineapple juice, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Return the shrimp to the skillet; pour in the sauce mixture and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add chopped pineapple; cook for another minute until softened.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil and lime juice before serving hot.
