- 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
- 2 cups powdered sugar

- 1–2 tablespoons heavy cream (if needed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt; whisk until well mixed.
- Gently fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined. Carefully fold in diced peaches.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55–60 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for about ten minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, melted butter, diced peaches, and remaining vanilla extract until smooth; add heavy cream if needed for consistency.
- Spread glaze over cooled bread before slicing and serving.
