  • 1 scoop protein powder (about 30g)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon until combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix honey (or maple syrup), milk, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients until just mixed; do not overmix.
