  • 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast by combining warm water and active dry yeast in a bowl. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Create a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture along with olive oil.
  3. Knead the dough by hand or with a mixer for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm spot for about an hour until doubled.
  5. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Punch down the risen dough and transfer it to a greased baking sheet, pressing it out to fit.
  6. Top with minced garlic and grated parmesan, drizzle with olive oil, and gently press toppings into the dough.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before slicing.
