Description

Lemon Garlic Grilled Shrimp Skewers are a vibrant dish that brings the freshness of summer to your table, no matter the season. Marinated in zesty lemon juice and fragrant garlic, these shrimp skewers offer a deliciously bold flavor that will wow your guests at barbecues or make a quick weeknight dinner feel special.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp
  • Zest and juice of 1 large lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup white apple vinegar
  • Dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. In a bowl, mix the lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, pressed garlic, vinegar, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rinse the shrimp and optionally remove shells while keeping tails on.
  4. Thread four shrimp onto each soaked skewer.
  5. Place skewers in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
  6. Preheat grill to low heat.
  7. Grill skewers for about 3-4 minutes per side until shrimp are pink and opaque.
