Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- In a bowl, mix the lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, pressed garlic, vinegar, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Rinse the shrimp and optionally remove shells while keeping tails on.
- Thread four shrimp onto each soaked skewer.
