  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping
  • 1 package lemon flavored Jell-O
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 ½ cups cold water
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries (optional)
  • Lemon slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl; press into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden; cool completely.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; mix in vanilla extract and fold in whipped topping.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust; refrigerate.
  6. Dissolve lemon Jell-O in boiling water; add cold water and cool slightly.
