  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic. Drain excess grease.
  3. Lower the heat and mix in cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, refried beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
