- 4 2/3 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
- 4 tablespoons salted butter
- 10 ounces vegan marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Green food coloring (about 10 drops)
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Grease a large mixing bowl and pour in the Rice Krispies Cereal; set aside.
