  • ⅓ cup basil pesto (plus more for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place puff pastry on parchment paper on a baking sheet and poke holes with a fork.
  2. Prepare tomatoes by salting them and letting them sit for 5 minutes to draw out moisture. Pat dry.
