Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Chill the dough covered in the refrigerator for 25 minutes.
- Shape dough into 1½ – 2 tbsp balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 18 minutes or until set but soft in the center.
- For frosting: Beat softened cream cheese and butter together; add powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Frost cooled cookies and sprinkle with additional spices if desired.
