  • 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)
  • ½ cup raspberry seedless jam (or any flavor)
  • ¼ cup flour (for dusting)
  • 2 tbsp confectioner’s sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the puff pastry into a 12×16 inch rectangle. Cut it in half to create two rectangles.
  3. Spread the raspberry jam evenly onto one of the rectangles.
  4. Place the second rectangle over the jam-covered rectangle and press down gently. Cut into strips about ½ inch wide, then cut each strip in half lengthwise.
  5. Pinch the ends of each strip together and twist gently before placing them on the baking sheet.
  6. Chill the twists in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to maintain their shape while baking.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
  8. Dust with confectioner’s sugar before serving.
