- 1 small head of cabbage
- 2 medium carrots
- 1/2 large red onion
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Dried thyme, salt, and pepper to taste
Instructions

- Chop cabbage into bite-sized chunks, slice sausage into 3/4 inch pieces, cut onion into thick slivers, and slice carrots.
