  • 4 thick slices of French or Italian bread

  3. Season shrimp with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  4. Remove shrimp from the skillet; add vinegar or chicken broth and simmer for 1-2 minutes before stirring in lemon juice and remaining butter until smooth.
  5. Return the shrimp to the skillet, toss gently in sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve with the garlic bread.
