  • 1 cup apple cider
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 ½ teaspoons kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Rub chicken thighs with a mixture of paprika, salt, dry mustard, thyme, and garlic powder.
  2. Sear chicken in olive oil in a cast-iron skillet until browned on both sides.
