- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 5 medium-sized potatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (enough to coat chicken)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Wash and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil and seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika).
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning before laying them on top of the potatoes.
- Spread minced garlic over the chicken and pour the Garlic Parmesan Sauce to coat.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add shredded mozzarella cheese on top to melt.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
