Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 5 medium-sized potatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (enough to coat chicken)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil and seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika).
  2. Place the seasoned potatoes in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning before laying them on top of the potatoes.
  4. Spread minced garlic over the chicken and pour the Garlic Parmesan Sauce to coat.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
  6. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add shredded mozzarella cheese on top to melt.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
