  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add thawed spinach and cook for 3-5 minutes; season with salt.
  3. Mix spinach with crumbled feta in a bowl.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease baking sheets.
  5. Roll out puff pastry sheets, cut them, and fill with spinach mixture.
  6. Roll up pastries, seal with egg wash, brush tops, sprinkle sesame seeds, and cut into pieces.
