- 16 ounces dried spaghetti
- 16 ounces marinara sauce
- 8 ounces sliced provolone cheese
- 2.25 ounces canned sliced black olives
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, olive oil, parsley flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Roll the mixture into 2-inch meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
