  • 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies (cream removed)

Instructions

  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then add vanilla.
  4. Mix in red food coloring and cocoa powder until incorporated.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together cake flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt.
  6. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until fully blended.
  7. Chill the dough uncovered for about 20 minutes.
  8. Roll chilled dough into balls (approximately 3.5 oz each) and coat in crushed Oreos.
  9. Arrange on parchment-lined trays about three inches apart and bake for 10–11 minutes.
