- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup Oreo cookies, crushed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Mix in flour and baking powder until just combined. Stir in half of the chocolate chips.
- In another bowl, melt butter and mix it with cocoa powder. Add sugar, eggs, and flour until smooth. Fold in remaining chocolate chips.
- Spread half of the cookie dough into the prepared pan. Pour brownie batter over it, then drop spoonfuls of the remaining cookie dough on top. Sprinkle with crushed Oreos.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out slightly gooey. Let cool before cutting into squares.
