- 4–5 kiwi fruit
- 1 tsp honey (or more to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare Watermelon Puree: Remove the rind from the watermelon and blend until smooth. You’ll need about 2 cups of puree.
- Fill Molds: Pour the watermelon puree into popsicle molds, filling them about 3/4 full. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Make Kiwi Puree: Peel and blend the kiwi until smooth, adding honey to taste (about 1 cup needed).
- Assemble Popsicles: Fill the molds to the top with kiwi puree and insert sticks. Freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
- Serve: To release popsicles, soak molds in warm water for a few seconds.
